大庆市人民对外友好协会
大庆市人民对外友好协会第三届理事会于2025年12月24日正式成立，本届理事会共吸纳了38家单位理事。这些理事单位涵盖中省直企业、驻庆高校、科研机构、本地重点企业及商协会组织，构成了一个多元、活跃的国际对外交流合作网络。
The Third Council of the Daqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries was officially established on December 24, 2025. This council has brought together 38 institutional members, including central and provincial enterprises, universities and research institutions based in Daqing, local key enterprises, as well as business associations and chambers of commerce. Together, they form a diverse and dynamic network for international exchange and cooperation.

The Daqing People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries is committed to serving both domestic and international council members and actively building platforms for external cooperation. 东北石油大学创建于1960年，原名东北石油学院，隶属于原石油工业部。1975年更名为大庆石油学院，1978年被国务院确定为全国重点大学。2000年，学校由原中国石油天然气集团公司所属的部属院校划转为中央与地方共建、以黑龙江省管理为主的普通高等院校。2002年学校整体搬迁到大庆市，2010年更名为东北石油大学。
Northeast Petroleum University (NEPU) was founded in 1960 as Northeast Petroleum Institute and was originally under the former Ministry of Petroleum Industry. It was renamed Daqing Petroleum Institute in 1975, and in 1978 was designated as a national key university by the State Council. In 2000, the university’s affiliation was transferred from the former China National Petroleum Corporation to a joint central-local governance model, with Heilongjiang Province as the primary administrative authority. In 2002, the university relocated to Daqing, and it was renamed Northeast Petroleum University in 2010.
学校占地面积169.3万平方米。现有52个本科招生专业；16个国家级一流本科专业建设点；国家级特色专业建设点、国家级综合改革试点专业、国家级“卓越工程师教育培训计划”试点专业15个；国家重点一级学科1个；5个博士后科研流动站，2个博士后科研工作站；5个博士学位授权一级学科，22个硕士学位授权一级学科；10种硕士专业学位类别。
NEPU covers an area of 1.693 million square meters. It currently offers 52 undergraduate programs. It has 16 national first-class undergraduate program construction sites, and a total of 15 national characteristic program construction sites, national comprehensive reform pilot programs, and national pilot programs for the "Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan." The university also has 1 national key first-level discipline, 5 postdoctoral research stations, 2 postdoctoral research workstations, 5 first-level doctoral degree authorization disciplines, 22 first-level master's degree authorization disciplines, and 10 categories of professional master's degrees.
学校有教职工2257人，其中专任教师1449人。专任教师中，正高级专业技术职务296人、副高级专业技术职务629人，博士学位789人、硕士学位589人。
NEPU has 2,257 faculty and staff in total, including 1,449 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 296 with senior professional titles, 629 with associate senior professional titles, 789 with doctoral degrees, and 589 with master's degrees.
全职院士2人，双聘院士4人；国家重大人才工程计划（项目）获得者19人次；龙江学者、省级教学名师等省级人才计划（项目）获得者47人次；全国优秀教师4人，省级模范教师等教师荣誉获得者26人、全国高校黄大年式教师团队1个、全国教育系统先进集体2个。有国家级教学团队1个、国家级课程思政教学名师和团队1个。省级教学团队3个，省课程思政建设教学团队16个。5个省优秀研究生导师团队，省研究生导学思政团队7个。
NEPU has 2 full-time academicians and 4 dual-employed academicians, 19 recipients of national major talent engineering program (project) awards, 47 recipients of provincial talent program (project) awards such as Longjiang Scholars and provincial teaching masters, 4 national outstanding teachers, 26 recipients of provincial model teacher and other teacher honors, 1 National University Huang Danian-style Teacher Team, and 2 National Advanced Education Collectives. It also has 1 national teaching team, 1 national curriculum ideological and political education teaching team (including the leading teacher), 3 provincial teaching teams, 16 provincial curriculum ideological and political education teaching teams, 5 provincial outstanding graduate supervisor teams, and 7 provincial graduate supervisor teams for ideological and political guidance in mentorship.
学校有国家重点一级学科1个，省级重点学科群1个，省级重点一级学科6个，省优势特色学科6个。5个博士后科研流动站，2个博士后科研工作站；5个博士学位授权一级学科，1个博士专业学位授权点，22个硕士学位授权一级学科，10种硕士专业学位类别；工程学、化学、地球科学和材料学进入ESI全球前1%学科。
NEPU has 1 national key first-level discipline, 1 provincial key discipline cluster, 6 provincial key first-level disciplines, and 6 provincial advantageous and characteristic disciplines. It also has 5 postdoctoral research stations, 2 postdoctoral research workstations, 5 first-level doctoral degree authorization disciplines, 1 professional doctoral degree authorization program, 22 first-level master's degree authorization disciplines, and 10 categories of professional master's degrees. Four disciplines—Engineering, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, and Materials Science—are ranked among the top 1% of ESI global rankings.
